About Ashley Pratt
Loan Officer
Ashley Pratt has been in the mortgage lending business since 1997 and has closed nearly $250 million in mortgage loans for thousands of happy customers during her career. Her outstanding reputation is built on a proven track record of providing the best service possible to her clients. She has been one of the few to have earned the designations of Certified Mortgage Lender from the Colorado Mortgage Lender's Association and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist from the CMPS Institute. Ashley graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Marketing and Finance. Ashley has consistently been recognized in her company's President's Circle and has been featured in Mortgage Originator Magazine as the nations top 200 Loan Officers. Finally, Ashley makes a home in Golden, Colorado. Outside the office Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as outdoor activities and traveling.
About Heather Swenson
Loan Consultant
Heather Swenson has been in the mortgage business since 1996. She spent the majority of her career as a loan processor, underwriter and operations manager. Heather had worked closely with Ashley in an operations capacity for 8 years of her long career. Heather and Ashley created a partnership in 2008 and now successfully originate loans as a team. Heather has a passion for helping home buyers obtain the American Dream and has been recognized as a top performer throughout her career. Heather attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and has earned countless industry awards. She makes a home in Thornton, Colorado. Outside the office Heather enjoys spending time with her 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter as well as running, hiking and playing tennis.
